"Fierce" is not usually a word one would use to describe a cupcake, but yesterday after the charming wedding of Molly and Walter, Molly's sister categorized my cupcakes as such and I was thrilled with the chosen adjective! Molly had opted for a single tier wedding cake and 165 cupcakes instead of the traditional multi-tier cake. She chose a chocolate cupcake with cream cheese buttercream, a key lime cupcake with lime curd buttercream, a vanilla vanilla, and a chocolate chocolate. Her wedding cake was a vanilla chantilly berry cake. The wedding was held at the Washington Golf and Country Club and it was a wedding fit for the bride, charming, sophisticated, a fairy-tale.
